Terms of Service
Effective: April 18, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using any website, tool, SDK, API, developer kit, documentation, or open-source software published or maintained by ILE Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.
2. Open-Source Terms
Much of ILE Labs' output is published as open-source software. Each repository contains a licence file that governs the terms of use for that specific codebase. Where a repository contains an open-source licence (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.), those terms govern your right to use, modify, and distribute the code.
3. Blockchain Risk
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be cancelled or reversed by ILE Labs.
- We do not control the underlying blockchain networks our tools interact with.
- AI-assisted diagnostics are advisory only and not guarantees of smart contract security.
4. Limitation of Liability
"ILE Labs maintains no liability for loss of digital assets, tokens, or digital funds resulting from the use of our infrastructure or reliance on any technical suggestion provided by our tools."
