Move Parallel Test Simulator

Local Rust-based transaction simulator for Aptos Move that accurately models Block-STM parallel execution conflicts, resource access, and table storage. Currently developers face unpredictable failures in parallel execution tests due to unmodeled resource conflicts and table storage interactions in local environments.

The important fix here is that public project cards now lead to a real destination instead of a dead 404 route. This page can keep evolving, but it should already be a valid public landing page.
